Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

We understand the value of your time, effort and comfort in making purchases and have therefore mentioned the cancellation & refund policy.

Cancellation by Customer

A customer may cancel an order within 5 working hours since the order has been placed. In no situation will the customer be allowed to cancel an order post confirmation of an order by our team.

We want you to understand that our products are made fresh on order and have a short shelf life. Once the order is confirmed it moves into production, which cannot then be reversed.

Return & Refunds

*Generally all fresh produce once delivered cannot be returned.

For products shipped by us we will gladly accept the return of packages only if a customer intimates yajanekka.com's team within 24 hours post delivery of the product.

Please note on account of hygiene reasons some products are not eligible for returns.

Refund/Return policy will only be processed in a situation that the products received are bad, have spoiled or taste differently. This is given to a limit of 24 hours post delivery. Any notice given by a customer post 24 hours from delivery shall not be entertained.

Refunds will be processed through the same online mode within 7 working days.

Please note that the customer will have to return the items using a reliable courier service. The charges for the courier will have to be borne by the customer and will not be refundable.

What are the delivery charges?

We deliver only in DELHI/NCR at no additional cost.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It is possible our courier partners have a holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. We do not work on Saturdays & Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We generally produce and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays, Saturdays & Sundays.
Estimated delivery is between 2 to 10 days depending on the geographical distance and number of working days.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • Product availability.
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped and the networking of our delivery partners.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octopi etc.) on items sold by us?

List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

“Yajanekkas ORGANIC Snacks” cannot ship to my area. Why?

Whether your location can be serviced depends on:

  • Whether we can ship to your location.
  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location.
  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location.
